Why We Only Offer Limited PayPal – A Transparent Explanation

We aim to provide you with a smooth, fair, and reliable shopping experience. For this reason, PayPal is only available in our shop for accessory and consumable orders up to a shopping cart value of €300.  For services PayPal is available without any limits.
We have consciously decided not to offer PayPal as a payment method without restrictions in our shop.

PayPal withholds payments for up to 21 business days for new or smaller merchants — even if the goods have already been delivered.
•     Customer-dependent release:
Early release of funds only happens if the customer actively confirms that the item was received — which rarely occurs in practice.

These restrictions cause unnecessary delays, impacting inventory, shipping, and service quality.
