Fulfillment Locations

Orders to European and international destinations are shipped from our fulfillment center in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany.

Orders to Arabian countries are processed through our international overseas logistics center.

Shipping Carriers

We ship exclusively with DHL, DHL Express, Deutsche Post, UPS and Hermes/PRIME to ensure safe and reliable delivery of our products.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping: €45.00 with tracking  ||| (UK Shipping: £21.00 GBP with tracking)

International Shipping (Overseas Logistics Center):

Shipping: FREE with tracking

Delivery Times

Germany: 1-3 business days

Neighboring Countries (Austria, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Poland): 3-5 business days

Tracking

All shipments include tracking. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Customs and Import Duties

For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific requirements.

High-Value IT Hardware

All IT hardware shipments are insured during transit. In case of damage or loss, please contact us immediately at info@reinecke-it.de with your order number and tracking information.
For particularly heavy or bulky items, delivery is made by freight carrier; the available options are automatically displayed at checkout.
